Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number.

Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Tracking Information

All orders include tracked shipping.
Tracking details will be sent via email within 2–3 business days after shipment, allowing you to follow your order’s progress.


Shipping Delays

Incorrect Address

Lost or Stolen Packages

If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
Zymirox is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, but our support team will assist you where possible.
