For customers in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason.


2. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition as received: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • You must provide proof of purchase or receipt.

Non-returnable items include:

3. How to Start a Return

4. Exchanges

We do not directly exchange items. The fastest way is to:

  1. Return the original item following the instructions above.
  2. Once the return is approved, place a separate order for the new item.

5. Damages or Issues

6. Refunds
